Première: A One Day Agile Coach Retreat in The Netherlands, Saturday, November 19th 2016
Goal of the Workshop
Scrum Coaching Retreats are a relative new phenomenon in Europe. It is a fantastic opportunity for you to collaborate with other coaches, learning from each other and producing valuable outcomes that will transform the world of work. Most retreats are covering a week or weekend. This retreat will be for one day. This first Retreat will be on the central theme of ‘Connection’ and the special topic is Horse Coaching. It is unlike a conference or gathering which sometimes only scratch the surface on topics, here you will go deep into issues that you are passionate about.
Next to this special topic there will be room to work collaboratively to explore an Agile Coaching topic of your choice, going deep into that subject. As a team we will develop ideas together, learning and delivering value through a number of Sprints. There will be opportunities for cross team learning and feedback at the Sprint Reviews and during the slack time built into the agenda. In preparation of the meeting all selected participant will be contacted personally to investigate what you would like to share, investigate or learn during the retreat.
Saturday November 19th (alternative data Saturday November 26th November may come up).
There is room for a maximum of 16 participants. Agile coaches, Agile Managers or Leaders, Scrum Masters are encouraged to sign-up. Sessions will be in Dutch or English depending on language preferences of the group / subgroups.
