General Terms & Conditions
All contracts with Oppidum B.V. are governed by the general terms & conditions of FENIT (ICT~Office), which have been registered in Den Haag since 3 June 2003 (number 60/2003). A copy of these terms & conditions will have been sent with all contracts.
E-Mail Terms & Conditions Oppidum's e-mails (and any attachments thereto) may contain information that is confidential and/or protected by intellectual property rights and are intended for the sole use of the recipient(s) named within the email. Any use of the information contained therein (including, but not limited to, total or partial reproduction, communication or distribution in any form) by persons other than the designated recipient(s) is prohibited. Oppidum rules out any and every liability resulting from their electronic transmissions. Contractually binding e-mails will only be valid when they also enclose (or explicitly refer to) the FENIT terms & conditions.
If you have received an e-mail in error (for example as a result of a typing mistake in the addressing of the e-mail), please notify the sender either by telephone or by e-mail and delete the material from any computer. Thank you for your cooperation.
