Oppidum is a compact bureau staffed by a motivated and experienced group of professionals

 

Our primary goal is very clear: maximum return on investment for your organisation, through the application and improvement of project, programme, process and/or interim management.

 

To deliver this, Oppidum uses internationally accepted and proven methods, such as PRINCE2 for project management, MSP for the best approach to programme management, and PPS for executives & top management.  We use the IPMA standard when focussing on individuals.

 

We only work with methods in which we ourselves have experience, and are also certified as trainers and that Oppidum is an examining body.  We also ensure that we are active in (at least the Netherland’s) governing bodies for these standards.

 

This presents then a full service to our clients.  We can manage your projects or programmes for you, but also can train your own people to do so.  We can support then through the development lifecycle with training, certification and assessment.  We can also lead the implementation of a particular standard as part of organisational change and improvement.

 

All this follows the motto: ‘do what we train; train what we do’.
